my name is Aubrie and I have a problem

A shoe problem!

So this past week I had a few days off in a row and so I thought that I would go through closets and clean things out. I went in my room and started right in on my closet and 27 pairs of shoes later I was done! I am getting rid of 27 pairs of shoes and I still have a closet heaping full of shoes. When I was all finished I text my mom and told her that I was getting rid of them her response:

Can I go through them before you get rid of them and are you sure that you want to get rid of them, you'll regret it!

this is coming from a woman who had a whole room dedicated to her shoes.

Huh, I wonder where I got the shoe problem from?!

Hallie is really starting to talk a whole lot and some of the things she says it hilarious! The other day I was out running errands with one of my friends and we were in a rush to find specific items and make it home in time for a party. I guess Hallie noticed our rush and in such a sweet concerned voice "mommy, you need toke?", she meant coke. I laughed but at the same time it made me realize that I depend on diet coke too much to get through my life.

Don't worry everyone we didn't make her pass out she is just really incredibly photogenic! NOT!

The other day Matty had Mary over to play and had such a great time. They were playing in our white trash backyard and these 2 amazing archaeologist found dinosaur bones. Matt was carefully digging out the bones with a Popsicle stick as Mary was running back and forth from yard to house to get water. Amazing...Dinosaur bones right in our back yard, we are going to be rich! These two play together so well we are so glad to have fun friends like Mary.

Miss Independent thought that she could dress herself and refused to let me do her hair. This is the new thing with her. She has to take her purse, sunglasses, jewelery, and dress up shoes everywhere we go. This is what she decided to wear on this particular day...

What a funny girl!

Tom surprised me with THRILLER tickets last night and it was pure freezing and when I say freezing I mean we had snotcicles it was freezing but so much fun and I loved it! Tom planned it all out, got a babysitter all by himself and almost kept it a secret the whole time...he couldn't handle keeping it a secret any longer so he told me a few days in advance. My favorite part was the Frankenstein and his bride. They were doing ballet and I love ballet. When I was a little girl I used to dream of being a ballerina...my ankles were to big and I had no rhythm, poor me! The show was great and if any of you get the chance to go see it well then go see it for sure just take a ton of blankets, socks coats, long johns under your normal clothes and anything/everything that will keep you warm in the most frosty of weather.

this is us freezing to death but trying to take a pic of ourselves, my fingers were frozen and I couldn't push the button on the camera.

This is my trying to look scared face but I think I was too cold and my face was frozen to normal.

Tom's loving life in between 2 chicks, they may be zombies but 2 chicks none the less and neither is his wife...lucky guy!
