Monday was Tom's birthday and being the great party planner that I am (NOT) I had the whole day planned out...okay not really...or not at all! Swimming was out of the question because it is one of my biggest pet peeves to take kids with runny noses swimming and since both kids have runny noses we just couldn't (oh ya and I still have 20lbs to loose before I am caught dead in a swimming suit). We have never together been bowling with Matty and we had so much fun! Matty loved his shoes, he thought that he got to take them home and was pretty excited to wear them everyday. It kinda made me feel sad to see the look on his face as I explained that he didn't get to keep them. The boy has a shoe fetish and he loved them even though they are disgusting bowling shoes. It was a pretty close game but since Tom was the birthday boy I had to let him win...but only by 6 points (or pins). The score 126 to 120...birthday boy wins!!!
