Girl Time!

I LOVE being the mom to my sweet baby girl. She is so amazing and wonderful. It has been just her and myself together this week (w/out Matt) and it has been so fun...hard but fun. We miss Matt so much but it has been so great to just have Hallie and mommy time. I won't lie and tell you that it has been all strawberries and cream, without Matty here to play with I have been her personal EVERYTHING for the past week and a half and she is very high maintenance. It has been so fun to spend every waking minute with just HER.

Last night I went to a jewelry party and she was going to stay at home with Tom, so when it came time for me to leave she cried and threw a tantrum. I was actually sad to leave her for a few hours but it also made me feel so happy that Hallie wanted to go with me and not stay with Tom, she is a total daddy's girl.

I am so grateful that I am lucky enough to be the mommy to Matt and Hallie. I am so lucky and even more BLESSED. I know that Heavenly Father must love me so much to trust me with two of his most precious, to love, teach, and take care of. I love them so much!
