I seriously considered having Savanna tested for bi-polar disorder when she was three. Her tantrums were so beyond rediculous, I was certain it was either bipolar disorder or she needed an exorcist. My mom just shook her head at me and said, "She is THREE and a girl. Get used to it." Good luck!
